Sironah Ghee is prepared the traditional way – slowly simmered until it turns golden, with the rich aroma and grainy texture that home-made ghee is loved for.

How to use

Drizzle over hot rice and sambar, spread on dosa and chapati, or use it for tadka, sweets and festival cooking like pongal, payasam and laddus.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Always use a dry spoon. Ghee may turn solid or semi-solid in cooler weather – this is natural.
